Use thisProverbs 12:19 states: Truthful words stand the test of time, but lies are soon exposed.
For years Americans have been uttering the words Fake News. If you're on the right, the news is favorable to Democrats. And liberal media controls the flow of information.
The mainstream/legacy news (ABC, NBC, CBS & CNN) is the mouthpiece of the Democrat Party. They try to convince Americans to believe Republicans are racist. There is such a problem in America as White supremacy. The virus came from a wet market. And we will be losing our democracy.
These are all regular talking points from the modern Democrat Party.
You have got to hand it to the American media. They did a great job carrying out fake narratives for years.
But you can only suppress the truth for so long.
Left-wing news outlets such as Vice Media, MTV News, ABC News, and CNN have recently been experiencing MAJOR financial troubles, with some even filing for bankruptcy or laying off [a significant number] of employees.
Vice Media, for example, has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy and will be sold to a few investors (Fortress Investment Group, Soros Fund Management, and Monroe Capital) for $225 million. The sale will take 2-3 months to close.
Despite this, the company will continue to operate normally. Vice will release content and continue to pay employees and vendors.
Under normal circumstances, I would be labeled a conspiracy theorist for stating those words. But, all our facts are always backed [including liberal sources as seen below].
According to CNN, Vice Media has struggled to profit in recent years. And the move comes weeks after the company announced a MAJOR restructuring, canceling its popular program Vice News Tonight. It will cut dozens of jobs.
Similarly, MTV News shut down after 36 years due to Paramount Global reporting a net loss of $1.1 billion in the first quarter of 2023.
BuzzFeed also announced that it would shutter its news division and cut approximately 15% of its workforce.
CNN and ABC News laid off staff. CNN anchor Brian Stelter, Don Lemon, and several high-ranking ABC News executives; were terminated. Disney, ABCNews's parent company, eliminated 7,000 jobs in March.
These layoffs and bankruptcies have resulted in a decline in viewership for left-wing news outlets.
Before the firing of Tucker Carlson, Fox News Channel, for example, dominated the prime-time ratings race, beating the prime-time ratings of MSNBC and CNN combined. 50% of the FOX News audience for the 8 PM hour vanished; after Tucker Carlson was, let go. The network's audience among 25 to 54-year-olds has also shrunk by two-thirds.
In August 2022, Fox News was first among viewers 25-54 age range.
The demographic most valued by advertisers, with 311,000 viewers, followed by CNN, with 153,000 viewers. In the first quarter of 2023, CNN reported an average audience of 568,000 viewers, ranking 14th among all cable networks.
According to The Washington Post, FOX still has a "commanding lead" over MSNBC and CNN.
There are many possibilities for [the decline in] cable news viewership among demographics.
One reason could be the shift in how people consume news, with fewer Americans relying on television for news and updates. And more turning to social media and other digital platforms.
Another reason could be the perceived bias in cable news, which may cause some viewers to watch more or fewer channels. Additionally, programming changes and a lack of investments in scripted content may contribute to the decline in viewership.
It is important to note that the decline in viewership varies across the three television sectors: local, network, and cable, and some demographic groups turn to each of the three television venues more than others.
The recent financial struggles of left-wing news outlets such as Vice Media, MTV News, ABC News, and CNN have resulted in layoffs and bankruptcies, leading to a decline in viewership for these outlets. This decline may be due to a shift in how people consume news, perceived bias in cable news, programming changes, and lack of investments in scripted content. space to add more details about your site, a customer quote, or to talk about important news.
