Editorial 7.22.24
Kamala Harris, the Vice President of the United States of America, has managed to infiltrate politics by being promoted without merit. And now, she is one step closer to the title of President (Joe Biden is still alive) "through the passage of time," as she so eloquently has said.
The Democrat party has been preaching "the threat to democracy", for years. And adding if Donald Trump gets into office, it will be the "end of democracy". This is a baseless claim that is used to scare non-informed voters. Seeing how Trump had four years in office and still, he was voted out in 2020.
Let's just quickly examine what will happen next.
Now that Joe Biden has stepped down from running for President. And to add to the story, no one outside the administration knows where he is. He could not be around anymore if you catch my drift.
Next, the Democrat National Convention will be in Chicago next month. The Democrats do not have an official candidate to replace Biden. There are a lot of names that will be in the running or could be, however, you will not elect any of the candidates. Delegates and big-ticket donors will elect the nominee based on who has the best shot against Trump.
This is my question to you the democrat voter and those that will not vote for Trump; why are you still voting for the Democrat Party?
The party that preached "threat to democracy" isn't standing by what they breach. Money and power are the name of this game. Unless you are part of the ruling class, you do not have a say.
In 2016, Bernie Sanders probably should have won the nomination but was somehow put aside by the party so Hilary Clinton could be the nominee. To this day, political analysts think Sanders would have won in a landslide. That remains to be seen, however. We will never know.
Among the many gripes I personally have with the Democrat and the Republican parties, this one issue should make you upset.
However, I've also heard democrat voters online say they would "vote for a corps over Donald Trump." Talk about throwing your vote away.
That is utterly irresponsible to say, and those people should not be participating in the voting process. In my humble opinion.
I hope Americans vote for their interests, as opposed to voting party lines.
A lot of the Democratic voters and some Republicans, as well, treat their party like their favorite sports team. This should not be the case. We put these candidates in power to abide by the constitution, not turn our republic into a democratic-socialist nation.
Keep in mind, what is happening in this administration and where you get your news, including me. Do your own research.

God speed.
